Heat Up Wheat Products

Heating

• Remove the wheat insert from its cover before heating.
• Place on a clean, dry microwave turntable.
• Heat in 30-second bursts to the warmth you want, 800W is roughly 1½-2 minutes.
• Never exceed 2 minutes, and never reheat while still warm.

Times by microwave power

• 600W, 2:30 to 3:00
• 800W, 1:30 to 2:00
• 1000W, 1:15 to 1:45
• 1100W+, 1:00 to 1:30

Cooling

To use cold, seal the insert in a bag and place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

Safety

• Overheating is a fire risk, do not exceed the times above.
• Never leave unattended while heating.
• Do not use on broken skin, infants, or anyone who cannot feel heat or remove the pack.
• If the wheat smells scorched, discard it.
• Keep the insert dry, do not wash or wet it.

Care

Spot-clean the cover only, with the insert removed. Air-dry fully before reuse.
